In 2024, the ISMSE 16^th edition of International Symposium on Materials in the Space Environment

and the ICPMSE 14^th International Conference on Protection of Materials

 and Structures in the Space Environment

is organized by ONERA and ITL with CNES and ESA as co-organizers.

This joint event is dedicated to the latest research and results of scientists and engineers in the fields of materials in space applications.

The conference will propose a single plenary session with oral and poster presentations. The week will start with a short course session on the Sunday afternoon (limited capacity) focusing on “test activities” in the field of space materials. All through the week, keynotes and invited speakers will brought highlights on related materials topics and/or space news. Exchanges with specialists will be organized at roundtable discussions and attendees will meet in-person industrial partners at dedicated exhibition.

Social events and technical visits will complete the agenda.

Join us in Saint-Raphaël, nesting between the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains. The conference will take place at Le Palais des Congrès located on the Santa Lucia marina.
