The exhibition area is located on the same floor as the coffee breaks, lunches and posters session.

 The exhibition will be available from Monday, 7 October, afternoon to Thursday, 10 October, 2024.

Standard booth package - 3800 € (including VAT)  includes

  •  3 x 2 m (6m2)
  • 1 table – 2 chairs
  • WIFI access
  • Power: 5KW – 220 V – 45
  • 2 delegates per stand – 2 full registrations included

Each exhibitor will be allocated a 3-5 minutes time slot  to the conference audience during the opening sessions to showcase their products and services.

 A short description of each exhibitor will be published in the ISMSE exhibition program based on a template provided after registration. (deadline for publication is set to 1ST September 2024).

 A link to the exhibitor website and its logo will be available from the  ISMSE2024 website.
